Unfortunately, we do not fix or repair any products we did not install. Sorry.
- We do not fix or repair small areas of wind or storm damaged siding–unless it’s our project and under our warranty.
- We do not fix or repair windows, seal failures or cracked glass. We recommend integrity glass for this in Salem VA.
- We do fix and or repair any of our windows or siding that is under warranty.
- We do provide a lifetime window and labor warranty for most vinyl window projects.
- We specialize in large window and siding replacement projects.
- We do have a 7 window minimum requirement for window replacement projects.
- We do have a 2 door minimum requirement for door replacement projects.
- We are glad to look at your project online and discuss over the phone to establish what your needs are, desired outcome and prospective project budget. (It’s okay to ask questions and get an Idea of your project budget / outcome before an estimate.)
- We can provide endless references if needed.
- We are a full service installation company only. We do not sell just products of any kind.
- We have a 30-mile Roanoke radius for most projects.
- We can only give an estimate on owned properties. As long as you have a closing date we can in most cases provide a free estimate.
- We are fully licensed, insured and very knowledgeable in exterior projects.
